Yesterday, Wednesday 20th October, the seminar “Advanced Computing and Big Data”, organized by the Scientific Committee of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, was held at Aula Rogers. The seminar saw the participation of various speakers of DICA, as well as of guest Michael Ortiz, professor at the California Institute of Technology. Furthermore, the Scientific Committee presented the Best Poster Award (category PhD candidates), won by engineers Chiara Recalcati and Giorgio Gobat. See all the posters here.
