A conference entitled: “Riqualificazione energetica degli edifici: il benessere oltre al green” will be held on Tuesday 10 October at 11.00 in Aula Magna (Building 1 – p.za Leonardo da Vinci, 32 – Milan).

The conference recounts the results of the survey, commissioned by the Gabetti Group and conducted by Politecnico di Milano and Politecnico di Torino, which analyzes the preferences of Italians in terms of energy-environmental performance of homes and how these influence purchase and sale prices in cities of Rome, Milan, Turin, Florence and Padua. The analysis offers a more precise picture of the current state of our homes and indicates the path to follow to manage their valorization and management policies, therefore proving to be a valuable support for the orientation of strategic investment choices on assets.
