Description

The Master is conceived as a single transversal course which integrates frontal lessons, specific in-depth studies, case studies, technical visits and internships. The course has a duration of one year and a full-time commitment is foreseen. During the first six months students will attend lectures, seminars and take part in technical visits to workshops and construction sites. After six months students will have the opportunity to follow internships/projects in various companies, under the guidance of professors and experts in the tunnelling sector. All participants have access to the teaching material, written in English, that will be uploaded online and it will be available for the students until the final exam.

1st level Master in POLIS-MAKER FOR LIVING QUALITY AND SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT

Description

The training course of the Specializing Master intends to provide the methodological and operational tools required by the evaluation of urban transformation choices, perceived in their complex unity. In particular the course is addressed to those who operate with the development and transformation of the city and the territory as public officials, professionals, promoters of project-financing operations, real estate entrepreneurs, financial and insurance operators, the non-profit sector; essentially, to all those figures who have to carry out activities related to the program-manager and, more precisely, to the so-called ‘Polis-maker’ with expertise in urban land management policies. The Specializing Master’s Course will occur with a double training course, respectively consisting of on site and online didactics. The on site mode is integrated by a further 120 hours of workshops aimed at orienting students to the workplace followed by professional experience through the development of an individual projects. The online didactics is managed by the CISE Consortium and the BAICR Culture of Relationship Society.
