The International Society for Structural Health Monitoring of Intelligent Infrastructure (ISHMII) will award Dr. Gianluca Crotti of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, with the Aftab Mufti Medal for the Best Paper for the article “Scour at river bridge Piers: real-time vulnerability assessment through the continuous monitoring of a bridge over the river Po, Italy” written in collaboration with prof. Alfredo Cigada and published in the Journal of Civil Structural Health Monitoring.
The official awards ceremony will take place at SHMII-11 in Montreal, Canada from August 8-12, 2022.
