Phosphorus Week (PWeek)

From October 15th to 17th 2024, the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering will organize a three-day event (the PWeek) dedicated to the sustainable management and recovery of phosphorus in Italy and Europe at the Rogers Hall of the Leonardo campus (Building 11, Via Bonardi, Milan):
On October 15th 2024, the workshop “Secondary raw materials: new supply chains for phosphorus” will be held, jointly organized by the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (DICA) of the Politecnico di Milano (coordinator of the EU-funded ERA-MIN3 PHOSTER project) and Italmatch Chemicals (partner of the EU-funded H2020 FlashPhos project).
The workshop will explore the results of the two circular economy projects PHOSTER and FlashPhos and will be an extraordinary opportunity for discussion on the topic among the relevant stakeholders.

The workshop “Phosphorus as a critical raw material: technological, regulatory and market perspectives”, jointly organized by ENEA and Politecnico di Milano – DICA, will be held on October 16th – 17th 2024.
The workshop, an initiative of the Italian Phosphorus Platform, will explore technological innovations, the market situation and the regulatory framework of the phosphorus cycle, presenting the Platform’s results over the last two years.
