Athens Network Course: “Architectural Heritage: from 3-D geometric survey to structural analysis”

Politecnico di Milano is currently hosting the Athens course entitled “Architectural Heritage: from 3-D geometric survey to structural analysis“. The course, which runs until March 17th, has the participation of 20 students from various European universities, including Czech Technical University in Prague, Istanbul Technical University, Instituto Superior Técnico de Lisboa, Mines-Paristech, Politécnicas di Barcelona, Madrid e Valencia, and Warsaw University of Technology.

Athens Network is an international association that aims to promote mobility among students, professors, and researchers in Europe. The network offers students the opportunity to participate in short courses in various disciplines, taught by professors from member universities.

The course program includes theoretical lectures given by four professors from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and one from the Department of Architecture, a technical visit to the Sacro Monte di Varese, and practical activities.
